MARC, Inc. of Manchester is a not-for-profit agency which supports people with disabilities in Manchester, Connecticut and surrounding towns. MARC, Inc. is dedicated to advocacy on the local, state, and national level. We deliver diverse, culturally competent services to ensure that all people have the opportunity to live, work, and enjoy their community according to their individual choices. MARC's Title VI Policy Statement: MARC, Inc. of Manchester is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation, denied benefits, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity, on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
