Hello MARC Community,
Our staff worked hard with families and employers today. As a result of our collective efforts, I am pleased to inform you that MARC will be in compliance with yesterday's DDS memo regarding COVID-19 and WILL operate Day and Employment Services (with the exception of our Senior Center DSO due to age restrictions) starting tomorrow, Friday, March 13, 2020 at 7:30 a.m.
Our plans for tomorrow are as follows:
Arrangements have been made for some individuals served to be dropped off and picked up at individual employment sites.
We secured exclusive day use of a nearby space. Our DSO with Work service (Approx. 30 individuals served and up to 8 staff will be operating there starting Monday.
We will utilize Senior Center staff along with other Day and Employment staff available (due to people served call-outs) to provide Day services in our group homes as needed.
