The Manchester Parade Committee held their 37th annual dinner dance at the Elks Club in Manchester on Saturday, February 22nd. Molly Devanney was named Town Marshal and Dr. Tris Carta was named Town Honoree.
Both honorees are friends of MARC, Inc. of Manchester and we couldn't be more pleased for them.
